I joined this team 5 years ago. I come every day for the workouts and the positive energy that I leave with. The coaches are dedicated to each member, Making sure I’m training properly to avoid injury. They are committed to train us hard to be strong and fit (hence, the name of gym!) Every member is like family, we work together and push one another. I’ve learned meal planning and better food choices. My family is even making better food choices! Come check it out! This place has changed my life. Stephanie is the key to success, with her extensive knowledge and encouragement. I would never work out as hard as I do at TSF. A different workout every day keeps things interesting. I am so happy I found this gym and gave it a try. I'm hooked on fitness now!

Train Strong Fit is what I was looking for (and what I needed) in a gym. During my initial conversations with the couches, I stated I wanted two things; a structured workout and to ensure I performed the exercises with the correct form. That is exactly what I got and more; couches are spot on, always observing, keeping you motivated and on track to an effective workout. TSF has been a great place to maintain and progress my fitness levels and goals. Always a variation of challenging new exercises, always a variation of muscle group. Classes and exercises are designed for every ability group, you will gain from what you put into it. Trust me. Great camaraderie in every class, expect to be motivated by your group, expect to motivate them.
Get ready to become an addict! A gym addict! This place will leave you feeling motivated and unstoppable! They have that perfect balance of challenge and awareness so you can become a better you!
I started with TSF in July 2016. I am now 6 months in and have lost 53 lbs and my energy is through the roof. I joined because of the family atmosphere where everyone holds everyone accountable. The group training works for me as you feel like you are part of a team. The trainers are awesome motivators which makes you come back for me. I highly recommend you give TSF a try.
