Born and raised in Fredericksburg, VA, Al grew up playing football, basketball, and baseball year-round. But during college at Marshall University, he slipped into a sedentary lifestyle and faced the consequences.
Weight gain, low energy, and insecurity. That changed when a friend invited him to the gym. One week in, Al was hooked. Fitness became his path to a healthier, happier life.
Since then, he’s committed to a consistent routine and clean eating, with a background as a Physical Therapy Technician and certification through ISSA. Al’s mission is to help others experience the life-changing power of fitness through motivation, personal experience, and leading by example.
Lea Huntington has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry.
She is an ACE-certified Personal Trainer and Medical Exercise Specialist, along with being a Power House Pilates certified Pilates Practitioner.
Lea’s specialties include injury prevention, muscle imbalances, neuromuscular disorders, and post-rehabilitation.
She can also provide flexibility training with assisted stretching and trigger point release to ease pain and discomfort, promote a better range of motion and increase fitness performance.
