Finally, we've reached 2021!!! Let's put 2020 behind us and make way for a better year ahead! I don't know about you but I'm ready for a fresh start this week and we have 5 whole days of workouts to kick start the new year! ;)
Here is your January 2021 TO DO LIST - I took the liberty of including it for you:
We will be starting a new & existing member 6 week New Years Program the week of January 18th - 25th that takes us through the end of February! The registration for that program will launch on Friday, January 8th but you can start spreading the word to your friends NOW! As an existing TSF member, we are offering this program to you FREE! The price for non-members will be $249 and it includes 6 weeks of meal planning and unlimited TSF training in classes! The meal plan will be based on your specific choices and macros! (OPTIONAL = It can be totally customized to your needs including accountability tracking and one on one guidance by TSF coaches for an additional $150) ALL of the information will be provided to you on your TSF APP only, so you'll need to get acclimated to using it daily. When you see our posts introducing it, please SHARE it everywhere with a personal note from you! If you share and one of your friends joins the challenge, you qualify for a $75 referral fee towards your February membership dues!
