TSF classes are a mix of strength & resistance training, functional training, cardio, core and mobilty! You will love our positive knowlegeable trainers who will show you how to exercise propertly to maximize your efforts and motivate you every step of the way! In the nutrition program, you will learn our proven secrets to balancing your blood sugar and shedding extra pounds, plus tips for tackling the mindsets that have been holding you back. The 28-Day Jumpstart is Phase One of our larger program, 100 Days of 1%.The 28 Day Jumpstart Nutrition Program is a compreshensive but easy to follow online program that guides you through daily topics to help you learn how to fuel your body to be at optimal health. It's a proven program that has seen incredible results with our clients and Coach Steph who has been living and teaching this healthy nutrition lifestyle approach for the past 14+ years! No dieting, no deprivation, no diets!!!
THE DETAILS:
We offer 5 small group classes each day, Monday through Friday! Each class is about an hour and our workouts and formats change daily and weekly!
Here are the class times offered:
5:30 am 6:45 am 9:00 am 4:30 pm 5:45 pm
Our low impact training class is held on Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 10:15 am and focuses on the same type of training, but without the impact (like running and jumping)!
We are located in the Hanover Air Park at 11211 Air Park Road, Ashland, VA 23005.
Don't be fooled by the address through, we're just on the edge of Mechanicsville, Glen Allen and Ashland easily accessed by I95 & I295.
