I’m 57 years old and I feel like I’m 27 – and it’s because I take great care of myself with exercise, healthy nutrition, and a positive attitude! Fitness has become my profession and continues to be my obsession. Once you meet me in person, you’ll know why! I've been living this lifestyle and training clients for over 15 years after having my own transformation in 2009. Now I am blessed to spend my days helping others improve their lives through fitness and nutrition!
